A few useful details

Frequently asked
questions.

What counts as one room?

One enclosed room or one clearly defined functional area. Connected spaces and several functional zones are reviewed before the scope and price are confirmed.

What does a revision include?

One consolidated set of reasonable adjustments within the agreed design direction. Room Vision covers changes to up to three elements. Shoppable Vision also allows replacements for up to two selected products. Space Vision includes one layout feedback round before rendering and one grouped visual revision. A new concept requires a new scope.

How are products counted?

One selection means one product model, regardless of quantity. Two identical bedside tables count as one selection. Shoppable Vision includes up to eight models, with one recommendation for each selection.

When does the delivery time begin?

After the brief, required images and measurements are complete and the scope is confirmed. For Room Vision, Shoppable Vision and Listing Pack, timings refer to the initial presentation. Space Vision includes 10 business days of production, excluding time awaiting your feedback.

What isn’t included?

Construction or permit drawings, technical specifications, purchasing, delivery coordination, returns, installation and contractor or site management. Images communicate a design concept; they are not construction documents.
